History Hike: Rio Grande Trail

One b/w photograph of trains from the Denver and Rio Grande Railroad, first train into Aspen. A large group of people is posed around the trains, including women and children. (according to the Aspen Daily Times, the railroad arrived on October 28, 1887, and a grand celebration was held a few days later)
