The CARES Act passed in 2020 allows all taxpayers to deduct up to $300 of their charitable giving whether you itemize deductions or take the standard deduction. This is $300 you will not have to pay taxes on, even if you do not itemize. We encourage you to talk to your tax advisor for more details.
