August 29 & 30: Chautauqua Aspen

Two days of historic character presentations, lunch conversations and coffee talks on the grounds of the Wheeler/Stallard Museum in the West End. The weekend’s theme focuses how the mountains of Aspen nurture our competitive spirits.

Coffee talks are $10.
Lunches are $20.
Characters are $15.
Saturday day pass is $40.
Sunday day pass is $30.

Saturday, Aug. 29

Coffee Talk (9-10:30 a.m.): Mike Marolt: Skiing Above the Clouds

Sunday, Aug. 30

Lunchtime Conversation (12-1:30 p.m.): Neal Beidleman: Aspenites from 8,000 Feet to 8,000 Meters
Moderated by Mike Monroney.

Former U.S. ski team member Miggs Durrance (Shere Coleman)
Bobsledder-turned-ski-resort pioneer Billy Fiske (Mike Monroney)
